My career has spanned across Venture Capital, Big Tech, a Start-up through IPO, and it all started working for a top agency. Starting Intent Talent is a culmination of my career, and my passion is to be the catalyst for growth for other companies. 

Most recently, as a Senior Principal at a Venture Capital firm, I embedded myself within their portfolio companies and worked alongside founders to solve their most challenging talent-related problems. My time helping these startups and working with their founders inspired me to create Intent Talent. 

Prior to working in Venture Capital, I joined Robinhood during the GameStop frenzy to help solve the monumental challenge ahead of them. I led their sourcing function, built structure and process with scale in mind, while overcoming obstacles to drive success.

Before Robinhood, I was at Facebook where I recruited Engineers and led the team responsible for building the team that fought bad actors and misinformation on the platform. While at Facebook, I learned how to optimize processes and structure to hire at scale. 

Prior to Facebook, I recruited at Google across multiple teams but primarily focused on the Google Cloud team. While at Google, I learned to embrace first principles thinking and grew to love data and its power to inform direction.

My broad experience has led me to Founding Intent Talent alongside another one of the most successful leaders in the business.
